How to Shop With Us

To shop with us, you may do one of two things:

1. You may pay Pay Pal through PayPal.com. To pay by credit card through Pay Pal, please read the PayPal Terms of Use, accept Terms, and choose a password. Paypal is a secure site, as well, and only acts in the capacity of a facilitator.

-->PayPal allows for the sending of e-checks to pay for goods purchased through KidsOrganics.Com. Sign up with PayPal, giving all pertinent information. PayPal will notify you of verification and acceptance of your e-check account. Please note PayPal must verify sufficient funds in account with each transaction.
2. You can print out a copy of our Order Form and mail it along with a check or money order to:

Please note that orders paid for by personal check, will not be shipped until check is received and clears.
Please be patient with us during the check-clearing phase. Check clearance verification usually takes 7 - 10 days. You will receive email confirmation that we have received your order,(so therefore, when mailing orders, it is very important that you include your e-mail address as well as your telephone number!). In addition to confirming that we received your order, we will e-mail you a tracking number, so that you may know where your order is, every step of the way in its route to your home.

Shipping

We normally ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. Our standard shipping is UPS ground service. Most domestic orders will arrive within 4-8 business days after shipping.
You will receive email confirmation that we have received your order, as well as a tracking number where you can see where your order is, in its route to your home.

UPS Ground Service to the 48 Contiguous States--

Up to $19.99-- $9.95
$20.00 - $29.99-- $14.95
$30.00 - $39.99-- $19.95
$40.00 - $59.99-- $24.95
$60.00 + -- $29.95.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, add $3 to regular shipping charges.

Second Day Service

Add $7 to regular shipping charges. Alaska and Hawaii, add $10 to regular shipping.

Ground Service will be made through the UPS. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. If you have a P.O. box, we will ship through the United States Postal Service.

Second Day and Overnight Service will be made through Federal Express. There will be no Second Day Service to P.O. boxes.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged to all shipments delivered to California. No sales tax will be added for orders outside this area.

Backorders

We are unable to backorder. If an item on your order is out of stock at the time your order is shipped, we will issue a credit or refund check for the amount of the item.

Returns

KidsOrganics.com believes you will be completely satisfied with each and every purchase you make through us. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, please return it within 60 days for a courteous and prompt exchange or refund, excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges are refunded if KidsOrganics made a shipping mistake on your order or your product was damaged due to improper packaging on our end.
