Hot sun. Hot kids. Summer fun. When is too much sun "too much sun"? Don't fret. Here is a wonderful sunblock with all natural ingredients, an SPF of 25, UVB and UVA protection, and a great, great scent. When out in the sun, try to wear:

Thicker quality cotton clothing. Thin clothing allows entry of harmful rays to the skin.

Wear health-friendly sunscreen or sunblock after 9 a.m. Be sure to get out between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. to soak up mind and body rejuvenating sun!

Drink plenty of water, water, water!

Avoid staying in the sun for long periods of time, especially if you have not worked your way up to it.

Balance your intake of omega-6 fats like corn oil, safflower, sunflower, sesame oils, with omega-3 fats so that you maintain a 1:1 ratio. This will help curtail harmful oxidation of fats within your body and help inhibit development and progression of cancer. (See Dr. Mercola's article on fats, cancer and you.)
